AFWET Site PREP FOR MET
Scope: In Greenland, DAWSON designed and constructed a new SATCOM facility for the Modernization of Enterprise Terminals (MET) program. This new construction project was built from the ground up and components include a geotechnical survey, site preparation, foundation construction, and installation of structural components for a new 68-foot radome along with a new utilidor to connect the facility to existing infrastructure. Due to the environmental conditions, the project was completed in two separate phases with the completion of the radome installation and leak test in 45 days during the summer season.
Demolition & Abatement 12 buildings
Scope: In California, DAWSON’s staff managed and executed the demolition and abatement of 12 multi-story buildings in the Family Housing Area of Sharpe Army Depot. Our work focused on the removal and disposal of lead-containing materials, mercury-containing material, and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs).
CRITICAL CYBER SECURITY SYSTEMS
Scope: DAWSON provides Systems Integration and Network/Systems Engineering services to modernize Cyber Security Operations capabilities for U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Foreign Military Sales Program.
